HR Coordinator – Retail & HR Services

About the role

Levi’s® Australia is seeking an energetic HR Coordinator to support the HR Business Partner and HR Advisor across the ANZ region. This permanent, full‑time position will ensure consistent delivery of HR services, from onboarding to case management, while collaborating with IT, Finance, Payroll and store teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including Workday, payroll, Concur, equipment, and corporate cards.
• Provide first‑level support for HR systems such as Workday and Tanda.
• Track and audit employee data monthly to ensure accuracy for payroll and benefits.
• Monitor HR case volume and meet service level metrics (first‑call clearance, response time, escalation).
• Support recruitment administration: interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, and offer documentation.
• Assist with annual HR projects and general administration tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in retail HR or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities and a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
