Healthcare Specialist – Fully Remote

About the role

Mercor is seeking experienced registered nurses to join a short‑term, fully remote project supporting AI research in the healthcare domain. You will work independently, creating and reviewing nursing‑focused deliverables that help train and improve machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality deliverables that address common nursing queries and scenarios.
• Review and enhance peer‑generated content to ensure accuracy and relevance for AI training.
• Diagnose real‑world nursing issues and propose solutions that advance machine‑learning systems.
• Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team while managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a registered nurse.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly commitment of 30–40 hours.
