Guest Service Agent (Casual)

About the role

Avani Living Queen's Wharf Residences is seeking a casual Guest Service Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and efficient reception experience, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and guest inquiries.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders via in‑person, phone and email.
• Process reservations, updates and special requests accurately using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the guest’s stay, offering assistance, resolving issues and providing personalized recommendations.
• Work rotating shifts across the week, covering hours between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends.
