GP / Skin Cancer Physician – Contract Sessions in Adelaide & Perth

About the role

Skin Patrol is seeking registered GPs and skin‑cancer physicians to deliver on‑site skin cancer screening sessions for corporate clients in Adelaide and Perth. The work is contract‑based, flexible around your availability, and does not involve surgical procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform skin cancer examinations using a Heine Delta 30 dermatoscope.
• Document lesions, capture images, and manage referrals through the clinic’s medical receptionist.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide clear communication and education to employees undergoing screening.

Required profile

• AHPRA‑registered GP with FRACGP or FACRRM fellowship.
• Current Medicare provider number and active medical indemnity insurance.
• VR status for metropolitan or regional areas.
• Professional patient manner and systematic clinical approach.

Required skills

• Dermoscopy (essential).
• Proficiency with a Heine Delta 30 dermatoscope.
• Experience with DermEngine (advantageous but not mandatory).
