General Foreperson

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Foreperson to lead site operations on premium residential and mixed‑use projects. You will work closely with the Site Manager and project team to ensure seamless delivery across structure, façade, and internal finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations covering structural, façade, and interior finish works.
• Coordinate multiple trades, sequencing activities and programme across several work fronts.
• Drive productivity while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and broader project team to resolve issues and keep the project on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Foreperson on $50 million+ Class 2 construction projects.
• Hands‑on exposure to both external works (structure/façade) and internal finishes.
• Track record of delivering projects through the full lifecycle.
• Stable employment history with reputable builders.
• Leadership style that takes ownership and drives outcomes.
