Full-time Site Manager – Nyngan, NSW

About the role

The Nyngan Site Manager reports to the Regional Operations Manager and is accountable for the safe, efficient and financially sound operation of the site. This full‑time, salaried position oversees risk management, plant efficiency, people management, operator maintenance and overall production performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute routine operations, ensuring compliance with employee, food, feed and environmental safety policies.
• Monitor production quantity and quality to meet customer and food‑safety specifications.
• Partner with production supervisors to achieve timelines and specifications.
• Administer the production budget, process purchase orders and ensure timely invoice payments.
• Develop and monitor operational plans across multiple departments, processes and shifts.
• Coach, develop and evaluate direct reports, reinforcing company core values and guiding principles.
• Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Perform hands‑on tasks alongside the team as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years in grain, production or warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Successful completion of a National Police Clearance and pre‑employment medical assessment.
• Valid driver’s licence (mandatory).
