Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will provide warm, attentive and professional service across both restaurant and bar venues at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. You will work closely with venue leadership and kitchen teams to ensure seamless, memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and spirits.
• Assist with breakfast buffet operations and à la carte service at Delta Rue.
• Support bar and floor service operations at Wentworth Bar.
• Ensure tables, service stations and venue presentation meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service where possible.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold grooming, service and operational standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for premium food, beverage and luxury hospitality.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and service orientation.
