Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Melbourne on the Park as a casual Food & Beverage Attendant. You will work across the Cliveden Bar & Dining area and banquet operations, delivering exceptional service to guests in both restaurant and event settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests in the restaurant and at functions.
• Set up, operate, and pack down dining and function spaces.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service.
• Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Create positive guest experiences with a welcoming, can‑do attitude.

Required profile

• Friendly and customer‑focused demeanor.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Positive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
