First Mile Hub Senior Coordinator

About the role

The First Mile Hub Senior Coordinator will manage all hub‑related communications and ensure efficient resolution of issues between Customer Service, Account Managers and Operations teams. This position focuses on problem‑solving, SLA compliance and maintaining smooth coordination of pickups, deliveries and cash‑on‑delivery processes at Bosta’s Maadi hub.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups recorded on Bosta flyers and verify tracking numbers.
• Enter shipments into the system and update the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Dispatch shipments daily, sorting them by delivery address.
• Add cash‑collection and refund shipments to courier routes and send routes to the Stars app.
• Handle undelivered shipments, obtain receiver signatures and IDs for zero‑COD deliveries.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to ensure daily COD deposits match collected amounts.
• Make verification calls on undelivered or canceled shipments.
• Cancel refused shipments and transfer orders exceeding the 24‑hour holding period to the sorting facility.
• Send handover emails to the sorting facility with shipment counts, seal numbers and tracking details.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce or shipping.
• University graduate (only graduates are eligible).
