Financial Crime Learning Manager

About the role

The Financial Crime Learning Manager will design, deliver and continuously improve learning solutions that build capability across ANZ’s Financial Crime Portfolio. This 12‑month fixed‑term position sits at the intersection of learning, risk and governance, supporting regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain the Financial Crime Accreditation Framework and learning requirements, aligning them with regulatory expectations and emerging risks.
• Establish robust capability governance practices to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards and clear learning pathways.
• Lead a Financial Crime capability assessment review, enhancing methodologies for data‑driven benchmarking and workforce planning.
• Design and deliver targeted learning programmes for teams handling financial crime decision‑making, reflecting new typologies and business priorities.
• Embed a culture of continuous learning, providing clear career pathways and sustained capability growth across the portfolio.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness, using insights to refine programmes and demonstrate impact.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in learning design and delivery, preferably within risk or compliance environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to work across learning, risk and governance functions.
• Experience with accreditation frameworks, capability assessments and data‑driven performance measurement.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical learning solutions.
