Financial Controller

About the role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Financial Controller will ensure continuity across finance operations while supporting a major ERP transformation. The role combines day‑to‑day financial control with project‑driven responsibilities in a fast‑paced, ASX‑listed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close, reporting and financial control processes.
• Support the ERP implementation and associated process improvements.
• Manage and mentor members of the finance team.
• Partner with operational and executive stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drive process improvement, controls and reporting efficiencies.
• Support audit, compliance and governance activities.

Required profile

• Experienced Financial Controller with strong technical capability.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Prior experience in large, complex or ASX‑listed organisations.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, finance transformation or systems projects; Microsoft Dynamics experience highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to balance BAU and project responsibilities.
• Immediately available or able to start on short notice.
