Finance Analyst

About the role

Freo Group is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its corporate finance team at the head office. This hybrid position offers one day per week of remote work and focuses on turning financial data into actionable insight for operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to understand performance and identify financial drivers.
• Prepare and analyse management reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Support accurate financial reporting and provide clear insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (highly regarded).
• Experience in corporate accounting, management accounting, financial reporting or audit.
• Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP or reporting systems.
