Experience Designer – Customer Experience

About the role

Water Corporation is seeking an experienced Experience Designer to join its Customer Experience Business Unit. In this permanent, full‑time position you will apply human‑centred design methods to shape future services and improve end‑to‑end customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather insights to understand customer needs, behaviours and pain points.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement across multiple journeys.
• Design, prototype and test new service concepts and experiences.
• Create service blueprints and future‑state journey maps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support delivery teams to implement solutions and measure outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a service designer, customer‑experience designer or human‑centred design practitioner.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable designs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
