About the role

TSA is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its Adelaide team as Entry Level Customer Service Agents. You will work remotely, handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with enquiries and guide them toward the best policy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a mix of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and support.
• Build rapport with customers using effective communication and active listening.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling to ensure coverage when customers need assistance.
• Document interactions and follow up on customer requests as required.
