About the role

Join BFS Woronora Heights Early Learning as an Early Childhood Trainee. You will earn while you learn, working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and support an experienced team caring for children aged 0‑5. No prior qualifications are required – just a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to building a career in the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist educators and teachers in delivering safe, nurturing care and learning experiences for children aged 0‑5.
• Collaborate with the experienced team to support daily classroom activities and child wellbeing.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior qualifications or experience required; cannot already hold a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Available to work full‑time hours for the 18‑month term.
• Committed to creating better outcomes for local children, families, and communities.
