Digital Operations Manager

About the role

Medium is a fractional marketing business that connects clients with specialist partners to deliver growth‑focused campaigns. As a Digital Operations Manager you will sit at the centre of this ecosystem, ensuring that strategy, execution and reporting flow seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns across Meta, Google Search & Display, LinkedIn and programmatic channels.
• Build and manage campaign briefs, asset specifications, timelines and delivery plans.
• Translate client requirements into clear execution instructions for internal teams and external partners.
• Work with analytics resources to set up tracking, tags and conversion events.
• Compile monthly performance reports using Looker Studio, platform data and ClickUp, presenting insights in client‑friendly format.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven tools, automation workflows and process optimisations to reduce manual effort.

• Enthusiastic about using AI as a co‑pilot to improve efficiency.
• Comfortable bridging client needs and partner capabilities.
