Digital Experience Transformation Lead

About the role

You will lead the overhaul of a complex, multi‑site digital ecosystem that spans Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will turn a tangled collection of inherited sites into a coherent, high‑performing online experience that drives quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and inbound pathways across key websites.
• Define and optimise website structure, UX and customer journeys for both existing and newly acquired audiences.
• Design and run practical UX and conversion experiments on pages, forms, CTAs and messaging.
• Ensure brand transitions are clear and reassuring for acquired customers.
• Preserve trust signals, proof points and conversion elements from legacy sites.
• Collaborate with agencies, developers and internal stakeholders to deliver a scalable, maintainable website experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience improving conversion performance for lead‑generation websites.
• Strong UX, customer‑journey and conversion‑optimisation expertise.
• Commercial judgement focused on inbound lead conversion.
• Experience with multi‑geo or multi‑market website structures.
• Ability to translate business goals into practical website requirements.
• Experience working with agencies, developers or implementation partners.

Required skills

• Technical literacy across websites and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with WordPress or modern CMS solutions.
