Digital and Media Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Digital and Media Manager to lead market‑leading media strategies for its beverage portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners and external agencies to plan, execute, and transform media activities that maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise audience‑led media plans with agencies and brand teams to maximise ROI across ANZ.
• Lead Joint Business Plans, test‑and‑learn initiatives, and explore new digital/social channels aligned with global priorities.
• Own media planning principles, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and MMM insights.
• Manage core media and social platforms, uplifting media capability within the ANZ beverages marketing team.
• Oversee media delivery for all ANZ beverage brands, ensuring consistent performance and governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, media planning, or digital transformation (agency background preferred).
• Strategic yet execution‑focused with strong influencing skills.
• Proven project‑management ability in fast‑paced, matrix environments.
• Highly collaborative communicator able to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital‑first mindset with experience in data‑ and technology‑led transformation.
