Delivery Manager

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of software and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and quality standards. This permanent position is based in Sydney and requires strong leadership of cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project delivery lifecycle from initiation through production deployment.
• Develop and execute delivery plans, monitoring scope, schedule and quality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and stakeholders to validate requirements and solutions.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment of deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and oversee release planning, estimation and risk management.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance across all project phases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of decisions, architecture and delivery outputs.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in delivery management.
• Strong background in Agile (Scrum) and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage software and infrastructure delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to obtain or hold required baseline security clearance.
