Data and Systems Administrator

About the role

Join our Financial Operations Office as a Data & Systems Administrator, where you will manage critical master data across Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and General Ledger processes in NetSuite. This 9‑month contract offers a hybrid work model between our Sydney CBD and Olympic Park offices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, secure, and up‑to‑date master data for suppliers, customers, delegations and system tables.
• Review and cleanse master data regularly to ensure quality, integrity and compliance with governance standards.
• Document end‑to‑end data flows, transformations and dependencies to support change and release management.
• Implement and monitor controls aligned with NRMA policies and data governance requirements.
• Support secure onboarding of suppliers and customers and provide ongoing user support.
• Prepare and maintain service‑level, purchase‑order and credit‑card compliance reporting.
• Assist with financial system upgrades, enhancements and reporting development, including functional specifications and training.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a big‑picture mindset.

Required skills

• NetSuite Cloud proficiency, particularly in finance, procurement and master data management.
