Customer Service Representative – Melbourne

About the role

DLF Seeds is seeking an energetic and innovative Customer Service Representative to join its Truganina team on a permanent, full‑time basis (38 hours per week). You will deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external customers, supporting the seed supply chain from order entry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate seasonal availability and supply updates to customers.
• Inform customers about order and distribution constraints.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with freight companies to coordinate deliveries.
• Manage consignment stock and collaborate with the accounts team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Previous customer service and administration experience in a wholesale environment.
• Professional phone manner with strong written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to learn complex information rapidly.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (part of the MS Office suite).
• Experience with CRM databases.
• Familiarity with Navision or similar ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory).
