About the role
Lyka is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join its fast‑growing pet‑wellness team in Australia. You will be the first point of contact for pet owners, helping them with orders, deliveries and nutrition questions while delivering a friendly, knowledgeable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries via live‑chat, phone and email, providing timely resolutions.
- Assist customers with account issues, order status, delivery queries and returns.
- Offer guidance on dog nutrition and wellness based on Lyka’s product range.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to address recurring issues and improve processes.
- Document interactions and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong passion for pets and understanding of pet nutrition basics.
- Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
- Team player who can contribute ideas for service enhancements.
