Crew Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Crew Supervisor to join our team at the Capalaba location of Hashtag Burgers and Waffles. This on‑site, casual or part‑time position involves leading a small team to ensure smooth daily operations, high food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and manage shift schedules for a 2‑4 person team.
• Train and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve conflicts, and ensure exceptional service.

Required profile

• Experience in team supervision, staff training, or shift coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of food preparation, quality control, and restaurant hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate or equivalent.
