Consultant – Engagement, Change & Transformation

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Consultant to join its Engagement and Change Advisory team in Queensland. You will work with leading experts to help government and private infrastructure organisations design and deliver large‑scale transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement communications, stakeholder engagement and change strategies for complex infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector clients and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals and capability growth.
• Support the design of organisational structures, capabilities, culture and leadership capacity to enable client adaptation.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary education in business, management, communications or a related discipline.
• Experience in management consulting, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement or research roles.
• Proven ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
