Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This full‑time position will oversee daily operations on our commercial and industrial sites, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction activities to meet project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor subcontractors, tradespeople and labourers for safety, quality and productivity compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to the project management team.
• Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks that could affect the schedule.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address queries.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations and company policies.
• Participate actively in the site safety program and promote a positive safety culture.
• Handle site administration, including timesheets, material orders and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager.
• Proven track record managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or higher) preferred.
