Collaboration Designer

About the role

As a Collaboration Designer at EY you will use Wavespace and emerging human‑centred design methods to create immersive client experiences that help teams solve complex problems, align on outcomes and make decisions faster. The role sits within the Clients & Industries – Sales and Commercial Excellence team and supports business development and signed engagements across market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate high‑quality, interactive client sessions using Wavespace methods, human‑centred design practices and the Wavespace experience design framework.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Wavespace sessions, including planning, logistics, preparation, stakeholder communication, delivery support, debriefs and follow‑on activities.
• Build strong relationships with EY teams, client stakeholders and the global Wavespace network, contributing reusable assets, success stories and entries to the experiences library.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering collaborative workshops, innovation sessions or strategic engagements.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with ability to handle multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with collaboration tools and virtual facilitation platforms to create engaging participant experiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with design thinking, human‑centred design or similar collaborative workshop methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize information into meaningful insights and outcomes.
