About the role

St Andrew’s Cathedral School is seeking enthusiastic and qualified teachers to join its Junior School on a casual basis. You will deliver engaging lessons to primary‑age students, support the school’s Christian ethos, and contribute to a vibrant learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons for junior school classes.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a safe learning environment.
• Integrate technology to enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members and contribute to school initiatives.
• Uphold the school’s Christian values and cultural framework.

Required profile

• Current NESA accreditation and proven experience teaching primary students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to the school’s Christian values and ethos.
• Valid Working with Children Check and two professional referees.
• Passion for fostering educational outcomes and student wellbeing.
