Casual Receptionist – Brisbane North Hub (Multiple Sites)

About the role

Qscan Group is looking for a motivated, patient‑focused Casual Receptionist to support its clinics across the Brisbane North Hub. You will work on an ad‑hoc basis at multiple locations – Aspley, Everton Park, North West Private Hospital and Clayfield – providing front‑desk and administrative assistance while gaining exposure to varied clinical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and handle enquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems.
• Cover shifts for annual, personal or parental leave across the hub.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.

• Professional, adaptable and patient‑centred attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• High level of organisation, attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work flexible shifts, often at short notice.
