Business Systems Officer – Information Management

About the role

The Business Systems Officer will support the Public Guardian and Trustee by managing and enhancing information management systems. This role involves improving data capture processes, extracting data for diverse requests, and ensuring high data quality while delivering clear reports and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Modify and optimise data capture processes within the information management system.
• Extract and compile data to meet internal and external requests.
• Review and maintain data quality standards.
• Prepare analytical reports and communication materials.
• Communicate system enhancements to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute change‑management activities related to system updates.

Required profile

• Administrative Officer Level 5 classification or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in information management and data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Remuneration package ranging from $107,576 to $112,834 per annum (including base salary $90,946‑$95,468).
