Bookings Officer

About the role

Sonic HealthPlus is seeking a Bookings Officer to join its Osborne Park clinic. You will coordinate medical appointments for a diverse client base, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling while supporting the broader health services team.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm medical appointments for clients.
• Quality‑check medical results and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor and log all inbound calls, managing phone queues.
• Maintain data entry standards and perform general administrative duties.
• Adhere to KPIs related to client wait times and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse client base via phone and email.
• Professional work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work early shifts (starting at 5 am) and undertake additional tasks as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
