About the role

Join Sodexo as a Boardroom Attendant in Melbourne’s CBD, delivering premium hospitality services to a high‑profile corporate client. You will work within a professional team to ensure every meeting and boardroom experience exceeds client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless boardroom and meeting‑room service, including fine‑dining presentation.
• Prepare and serve premium food, beverages and barista‑quality coffee.
• Set up and reset meeting rooms to the highest standards of presentation.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of boardrooms, kitchens and service areas.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in boardroom service, fine dining, luxury hotels or premium corporate hospitality.
• Confident barista abilities and experience delivering high‑end food and beverage service.
• Polished professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and deliver quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted working rights, and ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug screening and police check.
