Board Assistant – Governance Officer

About the role

This position sits within a high‑performing legal and governance team, providing direct support to senior leaders and board members. You will be at the centre of board and committee processes, ensuring smooth operation of corporate governance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee meetings, including preparation of packs and minutes.
• Manage ASIC filings, corporate records and statutory compliance across multiple entities.
• Maintain governance calendars and track action items to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to facilitate decision‑making and information flow.
• Support day‑to‑day operational tasks within the governance function.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in governance, company secretarial or board support.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, polished and confident when interacting with senior executives.
