Associate / Senior Associate – Infrastructure & Real Assets

About the role

StepStone Enterprise Services is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Product Management team. The role supports the firm’s infrastructure and real‑assets platform, covering co‑investment, secondary and primary transactions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and implement client service protocols to ensure a consistent investor experience.
• Compile, write and edit content for investor communications, presentations, fact sheets, PPMs and updates.
• Prepare and manage investor requests, including RFPs, DDQs and due‑diligence inquiries, coordinating with internal teams.
• Build collaborative relationships with Business Development, Investment, Legal, Finance, and Analytics teams to execute fundraising and investor‑relations processes.
• Monitor infrastructure industry trends and conduct research to support product development.
• Coordinate logistics for client events, webinars, investor conferences and onsite meetings.
• Work with technology partners to improve internal efficiencies and support key initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, real assets or financial services.
• Strong investor‑relations, analytical and presentation experience.
• Background in private‑markets asset management, placement firms, financial services or investment banking is preferred.
