About the role
Apple Retail is looking for a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the unique Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing and empowering team members while ensuring business goals are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental goals.
- Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing retail staff.
- Actively engage on the sales floor, modeling best practices and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
- Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets and confidential information.
- Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity and respect.
Required profile
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends and public holidays, with reliable attendance.
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
