Airport Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Airport Transport Coordinator will manage daily domestic air‑freight deliveries, acting as the central liaison between clients, carriers, customs brokers and import operators. You will ensure shipments move efficiently, meet customer KPIs and uphold high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air‑freight deliveries across domestic networks, collaborating with import air operators, customs brokers, carriers and clients.
• Proactively resolve delivery issues, delays or exceptions and provide timely updates to customers.
• Support the Commercial Team with accurate pricing, rate negotiations and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems to ensure full visibility of shipment status.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in air freight, logistics or transport coordination.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple shipments and competing priorities.
• Customer‑first mindset with proven capability to manage expectations under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and records.
