AI/ML Engineer – Scalable Machine Learning & Generative AI

About the role

Join a fast‑moving Data & AI team that is reshaping financial services through cutting‑edge machine learning and Generative AI solutions. You will play a key part in designing, building and deploying scalable AI models that directly impact the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models for a variety of use cases.
• Apply traditional techniques (regression, tree‑based models, gradient boosting) and deep‑learning architectures.
• Develop and fine‑tune Large Language Models and Generative AI applications.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and contribute to platform architecture and best practices.
• Deploy and manage models on AWS services such as SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Drive model evaluation, monitoring, drift detection and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, data and business stakeholders to deliver production‑ready AI solutions.
• Support MLOps processes including versioning, automated retraining and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong Python and SQL expertise with experience delivering ML models to production.
• Hands‑on exposure to classical ML, neural networks and Generative AI/LLMs.
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, model monitoring and retraining.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP acceptable) and modern data/AI tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, SageMaker, Bedrock or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
