Administration Officer – Allergy & Immunology

About the role

The Administration Officer will support the Allergy & Immunology department by managing patient bookings and ensuring optimal use of clinicians' time. This role is central to delivering a smooth, patient‑focused experience within a leading paediatric health service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an efficient booking service for all patients attending the Allergy & Immunology clinic.
• Coordinate appointment schedules to maximise utilisation of consultants’ and clinicians’ time.
• Handle patient enquiries with empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and related documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve workflow.
