Accountant – Manjimup, WA

About the role

RSM Australia is looking for a motivated Accountant to join its Manjimup office. You will work within a close‑knit regional team, delivering audit, tax and advisory services to local businesses while benefiting from the resources of a national firm.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting work papers.
• Prepare income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.
• Assist with BAS, IAS and other tax compliance obligations.
• Provide tax advice on GST, CGT, FBT and income tax matters.
• Contribute to general business advisory projects and client engagements.
• Collaborate with Partners and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major.
• CA qualification or equivalent, or currently working towards it.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach.
