Account Manager – Adelaide Airport

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of local branch‑based customers and promote both new and existing products.
• Develop and apply customer‑specific strategies to drive profitable outcomes.
• Collaborate with a skilled sales team to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Prepare tenders, proposals and maintain accurate customer records.
• Utilise CRM systems to track interactions and support sales cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within Healthcare, Hospitality or Facility Management.
• Strong business acumen with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and negotiate effectively.
