Senior System Support Officer – UAT & Incident Management

Join a high‑performing team that keeps critical Queensland services running. As a Senior Officer (System Support and User Acceptance Testing), you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to resolve incidents, support system changes and ensure reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve system incidents, providing practical advice to users.
• Support scheduled releases and technology changes through planning, execution and documentation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyse data trends, cleanse data where required and report recurring issues.
• Identify and recommend continuous‑improvement opportunities across processes, procedures and UAT practices.
• Collaborate with IT support and business users to implement system changes without disrupting service.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service focus with clear communication skills.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and apply sound judgement.
• Experience in supporting large, complex systems in high‑volume, real‑time environments.
• Familiarity with usability design and online service delivery is highly regarded.
