Senior Project Manager – Mining Infrastructure & NPI Delivery

About the role

This senior project manager position leads the final delivery phase of a major underground mining development. Based in Perth with regular site travel, the role operates in a lean owner‑side environment where autonomous decision‑making and fast‑paced execution are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across multiple design‑and‑construction (D&C) contractors and work packages.
• Drive schedule adherence and cost control for civils, earthworks, ventilation, power, water and surface infrastructure.
• Coordinate interfaces between package owners, site teams and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery momentum in a dynamic project environment.
• Provide visible leadership and practical decision‑making in a lean structure.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering mining infrastructure and new‑product‑introduction (NPI) projects.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑moving, multi‑package environments.
• Highly practical, delivery‑focused and able to manage complexity without excess bureaucracy.
• Calm under pressure, solutions‑oriented and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
• Understanding of contractor management and package integration.
