Senior Business Banking Manager, Business & Private Bank

About the role

The Senior Business Banking Manager will drive new customer acquisition for ANZ by building and maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants and business owners. You will deliver whole‑of‑business finance solutions that increase funds under management while working within a high‑performance, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep network of brokers, real estate agents, accountants and business owners.
• Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to generate strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to engage potential and existing customers and identify opportunities.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition approach.
• Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex financing problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences, increasing funds under management.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience assessing and managing credit.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and meet customer needs.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with brokers and other intermediaries.
