About the role
Suncorp Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver outstanding sales and service to customers in Dubbo. Working 20 hours per week on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, you will support customers across all banking channels, helping them adopt digital banking tools and ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality sales and service interactions using the Connect Conversation framework.
- Educate and support customers on using digital banking platforms and self‑service features.
- Assist with digital onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
- Make decisions in line with bank policies, procedures and risk appetite.
- Collaborate with team members and wider Suncorp functions to achieve strategic goals.
- Contribute to growth of both lending and deposit portfolios.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in retail customer service or banking environments.
- Strong commitment to acting in customers’ best interests.
- Ability to follow established processes and risk guidelines.
- Willingness to develop skills through Suncorp’s Success program.
