Packing Operator – Production

About the role

SunRice is seeking a motivated Packing Operator to join its Leeton production site. You will operate and monitor packing machinery, ensuring that production and quality targets are consistently met while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packing machinery efficiently and safely.
• Ensure product quality and food‑safety standards (HACCP, GMP) are met.
• Complete production paperwork and promptly report any issues.
• Maintain a clean‑as‑you‑go work area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in a food‑processing or FMCG environment (preferred).
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable, proactive and able to follow established procedures.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
• GMP knowledge.
• Operation of packing machinery.
• Basic computer skills.
