Group Tour Consultant

About the role

Gullivers Australia is seeking a proactive Group Tour Consultant to design, coordinate and deliver bespoke group travel experiences for schools, sports teams, music ensembles, STEM groups and other organised clients. The role covers the full journey from the first enquiry through to post‑tour wrap‑up, ensuring every detail is managed with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Design, cost and present customised itineraries and proposals for a variety of group travel programmes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end travel process, including bookings, contracts, payments and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for group leaders, teachers and coordinators, providing clear communication and pre‑departure planning.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, transport, event tickets and supplier arrangements.
• Prepare invoices, supplier payments and financial administration using Xero.
• Create on‑brand itinerary presentations and tour packs using Canva and the Vamoos app.
• Maintain client and vendor records in Hubspot CRM.
• Provide operational support during travel, troubleshoot issues and conduct post‑tour reporting.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong teamwork mindset.
• Experience in group travel, school travel, sports/event travel, tourism or related fields.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
