Full Stack Developer – Junior/Mid – Melbourne (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid‑level Full Stack Developer to join a fast‑growing tech team in Melbourne’s CBD. The role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days per week in the Southbank office, and focuses on building end‑to‑end solutions while mentoring peers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud‑native applications using modern technologies.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Create responsive user interfaces with React and mobile experiences with React Native.
• Configure and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Work with both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Solution‑oriented problem solver with a passion for learning.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and drive initiatives.
