Business Intelligence Analyst – Power BI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst / Power BI Developer to lead a critical reporting initiative. In this hands‑on role you will partner with business stakeholders to design, build and maintain insight‑driven Power BI dashboards that provide clear visibility of performance, metrics and operational trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that follow existing reporting standards.
• Create wireframes with stakeholders to shape final reporting solutions.
• Build flexible data models that support future enhancements and maintainability.
• Automate reporting using enterprise data sources and enforce controlled reporting approaches.
• Document data models, transformations and calculations for ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure all solutions comply with governance, security and version‑control standards.
• Capture reporting requirements and business narratives from stakeholders.
• Support handover activities and define ownership for continued support.

Required profile

• Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to design dashboards aligned with business reporting needs.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, transformations and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with enterprise data sources and curated datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
