Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Knoxx Foods is seeking a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities. You will ensure accurate stock handling, timely dispatch, safe work practices, and effective coordination with transport and container‑handling partners. The role offers a clear career pathway toward Operations Officer, Operations Manager, and Supply Chain Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to support smooth storage and product movement.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, correct storage, labelling with batch/lot numbers and Best Before Dates.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, labelling and enforce FIFO stock rotation.
• Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies and report damaged or non‑conforming stock.
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules, liaise with transporters and manage container unpacking.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation, including consignment notes, manifests and pallet transfer records.
• Operate High Reach forklift when required and supervise forklift drivers and container unpacking activities.
• Ensure equipment, forklifts and delivery vehicles are serviced, maintained and faults reported promptly.
