About the role
The Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics Analyst will support decision‑making for a major energy operator by delivering high‑quality analytics, dashboards, and market insights. The role focuses on standardising data, automating reporting, and driving continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate KPI reporting processes, standardise data sources, and enhance dashboards used across Supply Chain.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, KPI scorecards, and executive summaries, consolidating inputs from multiple teams.
- Maintain the Market Intelligence report, tracking pricing trends, cost drivers, commodity movements, and supplier landscape changes.
- Support supply chain risk reviews by maintaining risk registers and monitoring operational or market risks.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and other internal teams to understand analytics needs and influence decisions.
- Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvement across Supply Chain processes.
Required profile
- Experience in data analytics or supply chain analysis.
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
