About the role
We are looking for a warm, organised and patient‑focused Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing clinic team. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient bookings and schedule appointments.
- Handle phone, email and in‑person enquiries professionally.
- Process Medicare, DVA and private health fund claims.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment recalls.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Support practitioners and collaborate with the clinic team.
- Assist with practice management systems and other administrative processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, administration or a healthcare clinic.
- Excellent customer service with a friendly, welcoming approach.
- Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Emotional intelligence, adaptability and a calm presence.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
